How to order?

Selecting a product

Select a product on the home page or use the website's navigation to find a product that interests you. You can also view the range by choosing from the menu at the top left of the webpage.

For more information on a product, click on the name or picture of the product of your choice. On this page you will find the following:  

• a photo of the product
• information about the product
• the price of the product
• the supply status of the product (see indication "in stock")

Placing an order

To place an order, fill in the number of products you require and click on the button "Add to basket". The product and the number are then added to your basket.

The basket is a part of our shop, in which you can store the products you want to buy or keep. In the right-hand column of our website, you can see the number of products you have added to the basket. In the same way, a calculation is made of the packaging costs so that you know straight away what your order amounts to in total.

When you have added all the products you wish to buy to the basket, click on the button "Overview of basket" in the right-hand column of our website. The page you see now gives an overview of all the products and the quantity you wish to buy. If you want you can remove products from the list, you can continue shopping and add new products or you can click on "Next" to send your order. Then you can continue the purchase and payment process step-by-step.


Following up an order

Using your user name and password, you can log on to our website. Here you can monitor the progress of your package via the tracking number (which you receive by e-mail once you have placed an order).
